IM Solutions is searching for an EOS Integrator (Operations Executive) responsible for driving execution, accountability, and alignment across all departments. This role ensures the company’s vision is translated into actionable plans and achieved through disciplined execution. Reports to: EOS Visionary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Leadership:

  • Oversee and harmonize all major functions including Installation, Engineering, and Service/Maintenance
  • Translate company vision into clear, executable plans and priorities (“Rocks”)
  • Ensure all projects and departmental initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Drive operational efficiency, profitability, and scalability across the organization

2. Accountability & Execution:

  • Maintain and enforce the company Accountability Chart
  • Ensure the right people are in the right seats
  • Hold leadership team members accountable to measurable KPIs and Scorecards
  • Drive completion of quarterly and annual goals

3. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, coach, and develop department managers
  • Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Resolve cross-functional issues and eliminate organizational silos
  • Promote strong communication and collaboration across all teams

4. EOS Implementation & Business Rhythm:

  • Lead weekly EOS Level 10 (L10) leadership meetings
  • Ensure consistent use of EOS tools and processes across the organization
  • Maintain Scorecards to track performance and drive data-based decisions
  • Identify, prioritize, and solve key business issues

5. Visionary Alignment:

  • Partner closely with the Visionary to filter and prioritize ideas
  • Balance innovation with practical execution
  • Maintain organizational focus and prevent distractions from core priorities

Essential Duties You'll Need to Fulfill:

  • Lead and manage all company operations and Line of Business (LOB) functions
  • Lead weekly leadership L10 meetings and departmental L10 meetings
  • Drive quarterly planning sessions and ensure execution of company Rocks
  • Maintain and track company Scorecards and KPIs
  • Identify, prioritize, and resolve company-wide issues
  • Work closely with Leadership Team to implement policies, procedures, and systems
  • Ensure alignment and communication across all departments
  • Maintain a safe, productive, and high-performing work environment
  • Communicate and resolve operational and customer-related issues effectively
  • Work collaboratively with all IM Solutions staff for the greater good of the company

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills managing teams of 10+ people
  • Minimum of 7–10 years experience in operations, project management, or business leadership
  • Proven ability to lead multiple departments and drive results
  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial performance, and KPIs
  • Experience with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) or similar business frameworks preferred
  • Commitment to people management with dignity and respect
  • Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in business systems such as ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive continuous improvement
