IM Solutions is searching for a Project Manager responsible for managing AVIT projects with a focus on quality, profitability, safety and customer satisfaction.  This position involves overseeing  project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource management.  The ideal project manager will have extensive experience in AVIT installation and construction standards, strong leadership skills and a commitment to upholding our company's core values.   This position offers growth opportunity as well as incentives based upon job performance and leadership ability.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  •  Ensure all installations and integrations comply with industry standards and customer specifications.
  •  Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, field technicians, and subcontractors.
  •  Conduct site visits and risk assessments to anticipate and mitigate potential project issues.
  •  Track project progress, document changes, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  •  Lead project closeout activities, including system testing, customer training, and documentation handover.

  •  Manage all aspects of AVIT system installation and integration projects.
  •  Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
  •  Ensure adherence to project specifications and contract deliverables.
  •  Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency,
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in AVIT Project Management.
  • PMP or equivalent preferred
  • Strong understanding of AV system design, integration and commissioning.
  • Experience with AV industry technical and project planning tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

  • Ability to drive a company provided fleet vehicle.
  • Ability to load and unload equipment weighing a minimum of 35 pounds.
